Necessary Qualities Include:
- Must be a dedicated Christian who enjoys working in a camp environment. (Should be at least eighteen years old.)

- Must have a strong desire to share Jesus Christ with people. (Must have sufficient Bible knowledge.)
- Must have an appreciation of servant leadership and a perspective to cooperate and work with people.

His/Hers Specific Responsibilities Include:
- Build friendships with each person in your cabin.
- Know the schedule, set an example, be enthusiastic and on time for every activity.
- Endeavor to share Christ with each unsaved camper and to encourage the believers to live for Christ.
- To lead cabin devotions and cabin Bible studies.
- Disciple your cabin, help them understand the Gospel and a better understanding of who God is.
- Complete evaluations for each camper; give them to the administrator before leaving camp.
- Help train an LIT, if one is assigned to your cabin.
