Responsible to: Camp Administrator
Their Specific Responsibilities Include:
- To plan the weekly menu with consideration to the objectives of the Leadership Team.
- To give menu to the Grocery Buyer at least two weeks before the beginning of camp.
- To carry out and supervise the cooking of meals.
- To assign duties to daily volunteer help.
