Program Director

Preferred term: 8-12 weeks

Responsible to: Leadership Team

Necessary Qualities Include:

• Similar to those outlined for Discipleship Director.

His/Hers Specific Responsibilities Include:

• To plan and execute the Program for each camp.
• To make sure the camp has the materials and
  equipment needed to implement the activities planned in a safe manner
• To lead and direct the Support Staff, through discipline, evaluating and encouraging.
